On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. The house is fully equipped. In the kitchen with three refrigerators, two freezers, oven, cutlery, microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom has washing machine and dryer. There is wireless Internet and cable TV. The parking lot behind the house and outdoor kitchen with grill. You can hire a boat (in price) license required.

Lumbarda has a rich history preserved in written documents dated more than two millennia. Lumbarda in the past was the Korčulan rural estates of bishops and nobles.
Located by the sea, on the slopes of the hills that surround the valley dominated by vineyards. Near the center is an archipelago of twenty islands.
