Neighborhood
Tourist and fishing town on the south-eastern part of the island Ugljan close to the Zdrelac Strait, also called the "door of Telašćica and Kornati" old part of the Mediterranean architecture of the green peninsula on which the tourist resort by a large natural inlet and port. In the shade of ancient trees spread sand beaches Sabusa, Chestnuts and Jelkenica on both sides of the island. Every year on August 5th a traditional procession to Our Lady of the Snows in the votive chapel in Ždrelac passage, to commemorate the day when, according to legend before the 5 th century there was snowing.
