IVA apartments are situated in the village of Poljica, in the vicinity of the Marina Tourist Resort, only 50 meters from the sea, in an oasis of peace and relaxation. They consist of two spacious, newly renovated apartments with balconies and a unique view of the sea. Each apartment consists of two large bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower stall, a kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances and a living room providedwith spare beds, if required. Apartments are air conditioned. Our guests can use barbeque facilities, as well. Parking lots are also provided. Less than a mile away from the apartments you can find the Marina resort with stores, a bank, an outpatient clinic, as well as various entertainment and recreation facilities.

Neighborhood
Marina is a small resort in the inner part of the bay, 12 km west of Trogir (city under UNESCO protection). The shores of Marina are numerous small coves with sand and pebble beaches. For leisure and carefree fun, there is a place Honey with famous hotel and enriched with many sporting and recreational facilities. Distance from Marina or Poljica is only 5km. For those who want entertainment and nightlife, there is Trogir, only a few minutes drive.
