- We would like to introduce you to the house rules of our hotel to make sure you stay in it as comfortable as possible
For all kinds of information and telephone conversations, guests can use the hotel reception
- Hotels can get a person who is duly registered at the reception
- Hotels bills are staying at the hotel for a period of one day, 12 hours a day to 12 hours of the next day
- Daily rest is counted as staying at 8-18 pm
- Staying in the hotel on the first day after the 12 hours daily rest entails payment for the day, and after 18 hours the day of accommodation
- Departure, or termination of the service, customers must register at the front desk 11 hours later than the current date
- When leaving the room, please lock the room and handed over the key at reception
- Hotel services are paid in advance, or by arrangement with the hotel owner
- If the customer stays longer than 3 days in a hotel, required after every third day to settle the account at the reception
- Motor vehicle parking is available in front of hotel
- Valuables and money should be handed over for safekeeping at the reception, which is issued written confirmation, the hotel is not responsible for belongings and valuables
