Sevid

Sevid is the tourist resort of Riviera Marina. Split is located approximately 40 km far away and Trogir 12 km. It was founded as a fishing village by fishermen of nearby Rogoznica. Sevid is named after the Church of St. Vid, around which the village was established. Even today the local people are engaged in fishing, but also olive and viticulture. Sevid is a tourist destination that offers a peaceful and pleasant vacation away from the noise of the larger tourist destinations. It is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean landscapes, unspoiled nature and crystal clear waters. It is one of the most developed part of the coast, so that Gulf of Marina abounds in numerous small coves with sandy and pebble beaches. It attracts a large number of yachtsmen.
