This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab, ) and Istria, coast aswell as inland, which have numerous attractions. There are premium vineyards, as well as sites known for famous Istrian truffles.

Facilities: Villa Lorena (362 m2) is newly built and furnished and fully air-conditioned. Living area of the Villa (196 m2 terrace and balcony areas 106m2) consists of basement, ground floor and first floor.

In the basement there is a garage (60 m2) with table tennis from which is a direct entrance to the Villa. In the second part of the basement there is a fitness room with table soccer and billiar table, two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine. In the first room there is a bed in size 200x200 cm, 140x200 cm in the second. Staircase leads into the lobby which consists of living room, surrounded by glass walls. The living room has a fireplace, corner sofa, satellite television. The kitchen is also a part of the living room (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and a stove) and dining table for 10 people. The ground floor also has a guest toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first room has a bed size 160x200 cm, it is equipped with LCD TV, within it is also en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower with steam bath and chromo therapy, the room is surrounded by a terrace. The second room has two beds in size of 90x200 cm, this room also has a terrace, while the third bedroom has a bed 160x200 cm and a shared bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub.

Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large heated 28°-30° C swimming pool (32 m2). It can be used all year round because during the period of 1.10.2011.-1.5.2012. it is closed. It also has an outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, aswell as a covered gazebo with barbecue. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija. Guests can use wireless Internet (WLAN) which is included in the price. Guests can also freely use tennis court (the period from 1.6.2012. to 1.10.2012. is not available), while the hydro pool and use of the sauna are at extra cost (the period from 1.6.2012. to 1.10.2012. is not available).

Minimum stay is 2 night, small pets are allowed with extra price of 5 EUR/day.
