Description

ArtRoom 261 is spacious, artfully decorated and has loads of daylight. Large windows face the building courtyard so you'll get plenty of peace and quiet to relax during the day and sleep like a baby during the night. Everything in Art Room 261 is brand new! It's artfully and handsomely-appointed with a super comfy king size bed. I can also set up an extra bed if you need it! There's a 32inch LCD TV with over 60 channels (domestic and international). Coffee, tea and wireless Internet are included in the price. We'll also provide you with fresh towels and shower/shampoo gel in the modern and freshly decorated bathroom. We are located in the heart of Zagreb. It's only 10 minutes walking distance to the city's main square and old town. There's several tram stops within a minute's walking distance, so you can explore the city from street level. A farmer's market is just around the corner with plenty of fresh food and restaurants that serve local food at very reasonable prices. There are several fine restaurants in our neighborhood as well as a multiplex cinema, a shopping mall and art galleries. ArtRoom 261 is a 5 minute walk to the main bus station, main train station and airport bus terminal.

Directions

If arriving by bus into the city then you need to find us a 4 minute walk. From the bus station head towards the north (Medvednica). Pass under the railway bridge, over a crossroads and turn left Branimirova market. At the next intersection, turn left (onto Petra circles). After about thirty feet onto a square of King Petar Kresimir IV. Our entrance is a few meters to the left of the newspaper kiosks.
You can voiziti and one tram tram station No. 2, 6 or 8 in the direction of the city (north). Get off at Bob's Market. Run thirty meters down the street Peter circle and turn left. Another entrance, Number 7
From the railway station take the foot Branimir Street to the east (right) and when you reach the intersection with the street. Peter circle turn left. Or take the tram number 2 or 6, get off at the second stop (Bob's Market). Through street Pera Kružića come to the Square of King Petar Kresimir IV. Another entrance, to the left.
From the airport is also a direct bus line to the bus station.

HOUSE RULES
The following rules and information apply to all the guests staying in our rooms:
• Your stay in our rooms commences at 2 pm of the first day of your stay and it ends at 11 am of the last day. The last day of your sojourn (i.e. the day you leave the suite) is not included in the total number of days of your stay in the suite.
• The time of night rest in the “Art rooms” commences at 23 p.m. and lasts until 8 in the morning. The guests are obligated to maintain peace and quiet out of the respect towards other guests.
• During your stay in the room, you can use all of the appliances within the suite. The guests will be informed of the utilization of all of the objects, inventory and appliances in the room and the guests are obligated to use all of the above with care. In case of damage or disappearance of certain objects or appliances from the room, the guest must, immediately, inform the owner of the rooms and pay the value of damaged or missing goods.
• The rooms are being thoroughly cleaned before and after your arrival. Sheets are being changed before your arrival and every 7 days during your stay in the room. Fresh towels and cloths are distributed every seven days.
• The owner of the rooms reserves the right, in case of special circumstances, to enter into the room when necessary, although the guests are not in the room in that moment, in order to prevent predictable and inevitable damage and/or danger (e.g. in case of flood, fire, bad weather i.e. when the shutters are not shut and secured etc.). In case of such an entrance in the absence of the guests, the owner will duly inform the guests about the time and the reason of the intervention.
• Persons, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of the “Art rooms”, are not allowed: to stay in the rooms for a longer period of time, to sleep, or to stay overnight.
• It is forbidden to bring weapons, illegal substances, or any other type of dangerous objects and substances into the room.
• You pets are welcome in our rooms, however you should, prior to your arrival, inform the owner of the rooms that you would like to bring your pet with you.
• It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms. The smokers are kindly asked not to leave any cigarette buds in the suite, the house, in the yard, or outside of it; and to take all necessary precautions and safety measures in the prevention of fire for their own personal safety.
• The guest is responsible for taking care of his/hers personal belongings and valuables. The owner of the “Art rooms” cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of the guest’s belongings and/or valuables.
• We ask you to abide by these rules and regulations in order to make your and the stay of other guests in our rooms more pleasurable.
