The third and biggest apartment, Ap."1"(1st floor),is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4+1 persons. It has air-conditioning and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-TV.
This apartment has a terrace, provided with garden furniture.
In front of the house there is one parking space for each apartment.

Directions
Take the direction for Pula, and then the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. At the end of the road turn left in direction Rovinj and than continue for about 15km, until you get to a roundabout (with an olive tree in the middle); here turn right in direction of Amarin. After some hundreds of meters on your right you will pass the driving and camping Porton Biondi; after it, at the first crossing turn left and continue in direction of Amarin.
After the supermarket on your left, turn the first street left, named Miroslav Krleza. The second street left is Lodovico Brunetti, where Villa Adrian is situated at house number 13.
