Description
We are renting three rooms in a small beautiful place called Župa Dubrovačka. Župa Dubrovačka is near the beautiful city of Dubrovnik and it has its advantages including a beautiful clean sea, many beautiful beaches, it is near Dubrovnik yet is not as crowded, and above all it is a lot cheaper accommodation than you will find in Dubrovnik.
Župa Dubrovačka is also near a beautiful small city called Cavtat (8 km), and it has its own historical beauty. Župa Dubrovačka is the perfect place for all ages. Experience the Mediterranean as it used to be on one of the world's cleanest and most beautiful seas . You will like it here, I am sure!
Two rooms have an interior bathroom, the third room has a shared bathroom outside the room, first door next to the room.
We have a big kitchen that is for all to share.
We have three terraces. One is small and is there for the use of the guests that stay in the first room. The other one is the big one and is for everyone that stays in our house. The third one is also for everyone to use. Two terraces are in shade while the third one is not all in shade .
During your stay in our rooms you can expect a clean room, clean sheets and towels that are often changed and pleasant hosts.
There are excellent restaurants nearby (100 meters only). Ambulance is only 100 meters from our house. There are also cafe bars (700 meters). The nearest beach is 700 meters from our house. Dubrovnik is easy to reach from Župa Dubrovačka with public transportation. The bus station is only 100 meters from our house. Two supermarkets are 400 meters from us, and a small, private store is around the corner. Gas station is 400 meters from us. The post office is 200 meters from us. The bank is 400 meters from us.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the price. The price of breakfast is 5€ per person.

Directions
If you are coming from Dubrovnik, you go along the main road until you reach a traffic light (this is the only scoreboard from (Parish of Dubrovnik to Dubrovnik). Traffic light turn left and you will enter the street where our house is located. Looking for number 43
The same is true if you are coming from the opposite direction, say from the airport. At the traffic lights turn right and you are looking for house number 43
Neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet area that receives more than 260 days of sunshine a year Krz. There is plenty of greenery and a path to the beach is flat (no stairs).
