Description

This newly refurbished decorated apartment has one bedroom, living room with the kitchen, bathroom and the terrace, accommodating up to four people. In the bedroom you can find also a comfortable armchair excellent for relax after tiring day or perhaps as a good place to read a book in peace. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can find also the microwave, the coffee machine, water heater and the toaster. On the LED 32'' TV you can watch literally hundreds of satellite TV channels broadcasted on many languages (sorted according the language so you don't have to waste your valuable time to find out which programs you will understand). The sofa bed is easily transformed in to a real bed, however, according to the guests preference it is possible to sleep also on the closed sofa and on the additional folding bed. The baby cot and the baby high chair are available free of charge and if you need some simple toys for your younger children we can provide them also. The hair dryer, washing machine and the iron are also part of the equipment. This apartment has 40 square meters.

Your comfort in this apartment is guaranteed by a high quality air condition unit which will without any effort cool down your hot summer days or, in contrary, heat them in the cooler part of the year. The guests are free to use it 24 hours per day, every day on whatever temperature setting they prefer without extra charge.

The terrace is ideal for staying on the fresh air outside of the apartment. It is looking over the neighborhood houses and gardens away from the street. If the sun find you here, you can hide behind the parasol.

Good WiFi signal is available free of charge, unlimited.

The apartment is on first floor. Free parking place for one car is just a few meters from the house entrance.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The position is excellent, especially if your main goal is to relax on the beach. The first real beach (the real one where you can sunbath, swim and cool down in the beach bars) is just 300m from the apartment. An easy walk. Across the beach there is the Brijuni Islands National Park open for visit every day. The first restaurant with traditional istrian cuisine is only 120m away. But if you are hungry and you really don't feel like walking at all, there is also an pizzeria next door. The terrace of the pizzeria is on the opposite side of the building in confront of the apartment, so you will not hear any rumor from there.

The grocery store, the first ATM, tourist office, post office, auto parts store and petrol station are 400m away. The pharmacy is 500m away in the center of Fazana where you will find the majority of restaurants and bars. To conclude, once you get here, if you really don't want to touch your car until the end of your staying - you don't have to do it.

Getting around

The local bus station is 300m from the apartment from where you can reach 7,3km distant city of Pula.
