Ovo je komforan i potpuno opremljen porodični apartman u Hladnoj uvali.
Apartman ima dvije spavaće sobe, u jednoj je francuski ležaj sa velikim plakarom. U drugoj sobi su tri samca, zamišljena kao dječija soba ali se po potrebi mogu koristiti i za odrasle.
Potpuno opremljena kuhinja sa frižiderom, šporetom i mašinom za suđe. Trpezarija sa komfornim trpezarijskim stolom i dnevni boravak sa ugaonom garniturom koja poseduje “njemački mehanizam” pa je po potrebi ležaj za dvije osobe. Kupatilo je sa mašinom za veš. Sve je opremljeno novim namještajem i tehničkim uređajima. Apartman ima klima uređaj, televizore i internet. Na platou ispred kuće se mogu parkirati tri automobila. Nalazi se 50m od vode.

The bathroom is with a washing machine. Everything is equipped with new furniture and technical equipment. The apartment has air conditioning, TVs and internet. Three cars can be parked in front of the house. It is 50m from the water.
